In early 2020, the entire world shut down. 

Global efforts to curb the spread of the COVID19 pandemic would mean social distancing and sheltering-in-place.  At the time of publishing, there is no end date for this quarantine order. 

While everyday life is dramatically changed, one thing I will joyfully remember is that people learned to make their own bread. This Quarantine Bread book includes just a few of the loaves baked in people’s homes during this time. It finishes with a bread log so that you may track your bread baking, improve your recipes, and see how much bread it takes to outlast a pandemic.  

100% of the proceeds of this book will be donated to the Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank(https://www.pittsburghfoodbank.org/). Postage used to ship the books also helps to support the USPS, which is also under threat in these times.
