For over a decade, I have been tracking the way time (and the way I spend it) can look across a year. It has helped me establish a regular creative practice and a less regular, but acknowledged, physical exercise practice.

This memo pad includes ten years worth of tracking, to be used for 10 activities or perhaps one activity across a decade of time. It is to help you visualize how you have spent the year.
